    The name of the machine is typically displayed on the backbox (the part of the machine that has the score displays mounted to it).
    Keys are usually required to access the main cabinet and the backbox. Locks are usually located on the coin door and on the top or side edge of the backbox.
    If you are enquiring about servicing or repairs, please include as much detail as possible about any faults which require attention.
